• Are the t-shirts/hoodies machine washable?

Yes they are machine washable but must be washed inside out at 30°. Air dry only.

  • Can I exchange my purchase?

If we made an error or sent you a faulty item we will exchange the item for another within 7 days of delivery 

If this happens, follow these steps and we can get that fixed up for you:

Fill out our contact form and be sure to include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Full Shipping address

  3. Some photos of the incorrect item

Our support team will be happy to organise the correct item to be shipped out to you as soon as possible.

  • My item doesn’t fit, can I exchange it for a different size?

As long as the products are still in new and unused condition, you may exchange it for a different size. 

Fill out our contact form and be sure to include:

  1. Your order number

  2. The exchange required

  3. Full Shipping address

Our support team will send you the address you need to ship the item back to us (unfortunately we do not arrange return labels, we do apologise for the inconvenience) 

Once the package arrives back to us, we can ship out the requested size.

Please note: You will need to cover any shipping costs for shipping the item back to us 


  • What is the turnover time for stock?

Items will be shipped around 7-21 working days from date of purchase.


  • Will there be imperfections?

We craft to a tight tolerance and heavily audit our products, despite this there will be slight differences amongst the same products. 

  • Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to mainland UK.
